The ideal candidate will streamline administrative procedures, ensure smooth information flow, and support business operations effectively.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day administrative procedures and systems, devising ways to streamline processes.</li><li>Ensure smooth and adequate information flow within the company to facilitate business operations and support the team as needed.</li><li>Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as required.</li><li>Provide virtual assistant support.</li><li>Handle email correspondence and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.</li><li>Assist proactively in data entry and upkeep of necessary platform dashboards.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand meeting objectives and develop comprehensive plans to ensure successful outcomes.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and developments, collaborating with various departments for streamlined operations.</li><li>Maintain a pleasant working environment for the team.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in any field.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and take on additional responsibilities.</li><li>Proficient in making presentations and writing emails, memos, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM systems.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Experience in the travel industry (booking excursions, flights, hotels, and arranging transport) is preferred or an added advantage.</li><li>Computer or laptop with USB headset and fast, reliable internet connection.<br><br></li></ul>Join Phykon and be a part of our dynamic team, delivering outstanding customer service and support.
