JOB OVERVIEW: This is more of a Data & Reporting Analyst type role for the government contracts having reporting deliverables.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Setup new accounts Managing deliverable schedules and calendars to ensure deliverable timelines are met Compliance/audit checks and invoice validation Evaluate trends, and determine recommendations for improvement Assist with product orders, inventory tracking, and shipment scheduling It would be helpful to understand AI tools and how to use them. Professional email communication and great customer service Make system recommendations
Requirements:
Must have strong knowledge with Smartsheet (formulas, create sheets, create reports, data validation, create/design forms, using templates, setting up automation, workflows, and dashboards)
Proficient in email communication and has great customer service experience
