Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
Answering large volumes of calls and providing exemplary customer service to field employees resolving any issues at the first opportunity
Maintaining good relationships with field employees, agencies, and other internal departments
Managing your own workload and keeping to agreed SLAs
Identify issues with current operating practice and suggesting ways to improve operating performance.
Develop new processes and practices to advocate a culture of continuous improvement
Achieve high survey scores which look to secure “Yes I would recommend“ answers from clients
Your Ideal Experience & Competencies
Ideally you would have a suitable related degree, at least 1 years’ experience as a customer services advisor. Have knowledge of payroll, tax, and compliance.
You must be able to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask. Have excellent attention to detail, have great enthusiasm and attitude for the role, a high level of resilience and strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence.
Proficient in Microsoft office is required.
Knowledge or experience of speaking to customers on the phone
Understanding and striving to achieve the values is essential.
