Executive Assistant (Remote, $10/hour – Singapore Time Zone)

About the Role:

We’re hiring a sharp, all-around Executive Assistant who can support our founder and leadership team across operations, content creation, and strategy. You’ll help us stay organized, run projects, and create high-quality academic and marketing materials.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage calendars, emails, and internal operations

• Write, edit, and proofread academic materials (e.g. worksheets, guides, scripts)

• Create basic designs and marketing assets using Canva

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, explainer videos)

• Research tools, organize data, and automate repetitive tasks

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion, Zapier, etc.) to boost efficiency

• Work closely with the team and be available during Singapore business hours (GMT+8)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong English writing and communication skills

• Experience using Canva, Google Workspace, and video editing software (CapCut, VN, etc.)

• Ability to write or adapt educational/academic content

• Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of initiative

• Comfortable learning and using new AI tools

• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

• Bonus: Background in EdTech, teaching, or media production

Compensation & Details:

• $10 USD/hour

• Remote work

• Must be available during Singapore time zone (Monday–Friday, core hours)
