Position: Client Relationship Manager
Location: Home Based/Remote
Experience: 3+ years of relative experience in a managerial role in US Healthcare
Shift Timing: US Shift (6:30/7:30pm to 3:30/4:30am)
Responsibilities
Ensure Client Satisfaction and retention with Revenue collection
Provide reports and resolve issues raised by clients. Serve as the first point of contact
for clients, address their inquiries and concerns through various communication channels
such as phone, email, or chat.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and
expectations, and provide personalized assistance to ensure their satisfaction.
Set processes and guide the team to deliver as per client expectation
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (e.g., collections, denials, aging)
and proactively address issues
Escalate complex or unresolved client issues to the appropriate teams or higher-level
support, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Generate reports on client inquiries, issue trends, and resolution metrics. Provide insights
and recommendations to management based on client feedback and analytics for
improvement
Conduct client review meetings (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to assess performance, resolve
concerns, and identify opportunities.
Stay updated on payer regulations and compliance requirements related to US healthcare
and medical billing.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance client outcomes.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in US medical billing or RCM in a managerial/client-facing role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Strong understanding of US healthcare billing practices, payer types (Medicare, Medicaid,
Commercial), CPT/ICD codes, and denial management.
Proven experience in managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient in billing software (e.g., Nextgen, Kareo, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, or similar).
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
