Work in a Fast-Paced | High Intense Dynamic Work Environment | Supporting Demanding Client

Linked Helpers is actively seeking a results-driven Team Leader to join our remote team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on work experience managing people, along with 1–2 years of work experience as a team leader managing agents and employees.

Must have work experience in outbound calling, sales, schedule appointments, and appointments confirmation.

Must have 2-3 years of work experience with US or Australian clients. If you thrive in a high-pressure environment, handle high call volumes with ease, and are confident in convincing people over the phone, we want to hear from you.

Monthly Salary: PHP25,000 + Benefits (Full time)with one year contract

Experience: Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, Spa Clients, Team agents Manager of 1-2 years work experience

Language: Fluent English speaking (Required)

Responsibilities:

Monitor and support the Virtual Assistant/Agents to ensure they are aligned with task priorities.
Provide guidance and coaching to team members to help them meet performance goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Solve problems proactively and independently, thinking outside the box to get things done.
Operate under high-pressure while maintaining professionalism and top-tier performance.
Will cover two operational shifts per week, with the following task.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
Efficiently schedule appointments and fill calendar gaps to ensure a fully booked and well-structured day.
Follow up with clients and send reminders for appointments
Use scheduling software to manage and maintain a clean, efficient calendar.

Requirements:

Proven experience to manage and lead virtual teams effectively.
Prior experience in outbound calling, sales, and appointment setting
Has worked with US or Australian clients, especially in the spa or wellness industry (a plus!).
Strong ability to handle high call volumes and close leads through persuasive, professional phone conversations.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in calendar and scheduling software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and highly demanding environment.
Fluent in English.
