We are currently looking for a US Junior Tax Accountant. This role is ideal for a candidate with at least one year of tax experience who is eager to learn and grow in the field. We are open to training a promising individual, preferably someone with positive energy, who knows how to make good out of a stressful situation, who demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to professional ethics.
This position provides hands-on training, direct mentorship, and opportunities for career growth within our audit team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the compilation of tax data for individual tax returns.
Preparation of tax workpapers for business tax returns.
Preparation of business, personal, and not-for-profit tax returns.
Communicate issues and recommendations effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (preferably CPA).
Minimum one year of tax preparation experience using US IRS tax regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with online tax programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Amenable working in the said schedule: Tuesday-Saturday (3AM-12NN)
