Role Overview:
As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in cross-checking and compiling data to ensure alignment with client-specific requirements. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, proficiency in English, and the ability to interpret complex instructions.
Your primary responsibilities will involve reviewing and editing documents generated from ETL templates, identifying and correcting OCR errors, and ensuring that all client stipulations are accurately incorporated into the final deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Download and review ETL-generated templates, ensuring they match the client-provided specifications.
Identify and correct OCR (Optical Character Recognition) errors and amendments in claims by comparing the current version with the last filed claims.
Modify rejection statements to fit the client's specific formatting and phrasing requirements.
Ensure all cited art is included, OCR'd, and annotated as per client requests.
Verify the inclusion of company analytics reports in the packet, downloading them again if necessary.
Maintain the highest levels of data quality by making necessary changes and edits to documents and files before re-uploading.
Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong proficiency in the English language.
Capable of interpreting complex client instructions and applying them to document reviews.
Having a Windows machine is highly preferred over a Mac.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word) and Adobe.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
A stable internet connection and your own computer/laptop are required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a data analysis, quality control, or a related field.
