Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Expert to optimize our marketing campaigns, enhance automation processes, and maximize the potential of our HubSpot platform for high-impact marketing efforts.

The HubSpot Expert will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to design, implement, and optimize HubSpot campaigns. This role involves managing all aspects of the HubSpot platform, including workflows, automation, reporting, and lead management. We’re looking for a hands-on professional who can make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage HubSpot campaigns to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
Create workflows, automation sequences, email marketing campaigns, and landing pages within HubSpot.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align HubSpot tools with business objectives.
Manage and troubleshoot HubSpot integrations with other platforms and systems.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and key marketing and sales metrics.
Provide training and support to team members to ensure effective utilization of HubSpot.

Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of experience working with HubSpot, particularly in campaign setup, automation, and reporting.
Strong understanding of HubSpot marketing and sales tools, including workflows, lead scoring, CRM integration, email marketing, and landing pages.
Ability to translate business goals into effective technical solutions within HubSpot.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Strong communication and project management skills.
NOTE: This role requires you to be available during Pacific time zone (Los Angeles) business hours.
