Analyst – IT Service Delivery
Location: [Mangalore - Remote] , looking for Candidates based out of Mangalore - Preferred.
Work Hours: 9 hours/day, 5 days/week

Role Overview:
As an IT Service Delivery Analyst at DAZN, you will support the seamless delivery of our IT services. You will assist in managing and optimizing our service management processes, contributing to continuous improvement, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
IT Service Management: Assist in overseeing and enhancing our IT Service Management processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Service Value Analysis: Support in conducting analyses to assess the value and performance of our services.
- Service Design & Transition: Help design and transition new services, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and customer needs.
- Tooling Assessments: Assist in capturing user requirements, identifying available tools, running proof of concepts, and recommending tools based on cost and the value they provide to the business.
- Creating Purchase Requisitions: Support the procurement process for necessary tools and services, including creating PowerPoint presentations for every spend request.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Assist in managing projects to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and service records.
- Data Analysis & PowerBI Reporting: Utilize data analysis and PowerBI to generate insightful reports and drive data-driven decisions.
- Process Development & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to developing and implementing processes to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Service Improvement: Identify and support the implementation of opportunities for service improvement.
- License Management: Help oversee the management of software licenses to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT service management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to support service value analysis.
- Basic understanding of service design, transition, and improvement.
- Proficiency in capturing user requirements, identifying tools, running proof of concepts, and recommending tools based on cost and value.
- Good stakeholder and project management skills.
- Strong documentation and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience with PowerBI reporting is a plus.
