Apprentice Junior Content Moderator Work From Home Internship
About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Content Moderation:
1. Check user posts (text, images, videos) and approve or reject them based on guidelines.
2. Report harmful, inappropriate, or low-quality content.
3. Ask senior moderators for help with difficult cases.
b. File Management:
1. Download, organize, and upload content correctly.
2. Keep records of what you review and actions taken.
3. Add proper labels and categories to content.
c. Quality Checks:
1. Do random checks to ensure content meets standards.
2. Tell the team if you notice repeated problems in user posts.
d. Learning the Platform:
1. Get comfortable using our educational platform and tools.
2. Help with small tasks under supervision.
e. Reporting & Communication:
1. Prepare simple reports (e.g., how many posts you checked, rejection rates).
2. Communicate clearly with the team about issues or questions.
