JOD DESCRIPTION:

With the business rapidly expanding, we’re hiring a Business Analyst to join the founding team and work across ventures; investor services, organisational build and operations and partnerships/projects.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Working closely with the product strategy; delivery team, clients, external stakeholders and members of the leadership team.

Determining required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them. Conducting requirement gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews.

Supporting software and test engineers by describing the business processes, including the organisational structures involved.

Assisting in quality control and project management. Identifying people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Proven financial technology professional able to deliver, with minimal supervision, as part of a cross-vertical business analysis team.

Strong analytical skills and good communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrate a systematic approach to problem solving and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Be a dynamic individual who relishes a challenge and seeks to continually improve their professional skills and their understanding of trading and post-trade aspects of the Global Financial markets.

Previous experience driving and delivering initiatives unsupervised involving multiple stakeholders.

Experience applying business analysis techniques and building relationships with business stakeholders.

Any experience of Generative AI, LLMs and designing software with tools.

The ability to gather, interpret and document a set of technical requirements (you know what they really want).

Solid experience working as a Business Analyst in Financial Technology. An understanding of the software development lifecycle, including especially agile delivery.

Experience producing test driven user stories based on product owner prioritisation and engaging in the full project delivery lifecycle including functional testing.

Experience with Agile Business Analysis experience

Experience in suggesting innovative solutions, particularly in UI/UX/CX design.
