We are looking to add a Marketing & Admin Virtual Assistant to our team to help manage content marketing, social media scheduling, and administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, creative, communicative, and skilled in content formatting and digital organization.

Our processes and workflows are highly refined and documented, so this position is ideal for entry-level applicants looking to expand their skillsets. College students are welcome to apply.

TASKS AND SKILLS

General

-Edit long-form videos using Descript and prepare for YouTube and Podcast distribution.

-Repurpose long-form video/audio, format and proofread as newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, and other written content

-Edit and upload video clips for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram

Schedule and manage social media posts across multiple platforms

-Organize and maintain digital content libraries and workflows

-Handle inbox management for non-urgent customer inquiries and responses

-Assist with general administrative support, including data entry and tracking

-Daily Tasks

-Monitor and respond to routine emails and DMs

-Assist with posting and scheduling social media content

-Format and proofread content as needed

Weekly Tasks

-Edit and prepare video clips for upcoming social media posts

-Organize and update marketing materials and content calendars

-Support in tracking engagement analytics for content performance

Quarterly Tasks

-Review and optimize content workflows for efficiency

-Collaborate with the team on content planning and strategy updates

-Identify and implement improvements to social media and email marketing processes

Ongoing/Revolving Tasks

-Stay updated on platform best practices and recommend improvements

-Ensure all content is properly formatted and branded for consistency

-Manage and update internal content databases and scheduling tools

Software Skills

Having experience with the below programs is a plus, however we're willing to train the right applicant.

PROPOSED COMPENSATION

$5-$7 USD/HR based on experience

5-10 hours a week to start with potential to go up to 20 for the right candidate.
