The company continues to expand its regional presence and as part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a capable HR Executive in a shared services environment to support their operations in Asia Pacific.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR records and support regional employee mobility processes
  • Handle payroll processing, CPF submissions, income tax matters, and government claims
  • Administer employee benefits including insurance, medical, leave, and work injury compensation
  • Support the hiring process: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and exit formalities
  • Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Coordinate training and development programs, manage training records, and support government grant applications
  • Assist in performance review cycles and related communications
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and regional HR counterparts on HR initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and support audit processes
  • Provide general HR support and address employee queries

skills and experience required

  • A degree or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations
  • Familiarity with Singapore labour laws and HR compliance matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems like Unit4 Prosoft or SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and proactive with a positive approach to work
