Nursing tutor

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance and support to nursing students in various study methods, including the effective use of reference books and library resources.
2. Offer individual attention to students as needed, assisting them with specific assignments and addressing their academic concerns.
3. Conduct periodical and terminal tests to evaluate students' understanding and knowledge of nursing concepts.
4. Document students' progress, keeping detailed records of their performance and providing feedback on their educational journey.
5. Stay current with the latest clinical practices and research in the field of nursing, ensuring the information shared with students is up-to-date and relevant.

Requirements:

1. Possess a relevant nursing qualification and preferably hold a teaching certification.
2. Demonstrated experience in nursing education or tutoring, with a strong understanding of nursing concepts and practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and mentor students.
4. Organizational abilities to manage student records and provide timely feedback.
5. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of advancements in clinical practices.
