Job Summary

The Elite Job is currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Outbound Encoders. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining data accuracy, managing outbound data processing tasks, and supporting our logistics and operations teams. Key Responsibilities

Accurately input and encode outbound data into internal systems within set deadlines.
Verify and cross-check information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to outbound logistics and inventory.
Collaborate closely with warehouse teams, dispatch officers, and logistics personnel to track outbound shipments.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure the secure handling of sensitive data.
Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies and clarify data inputs.
Support quality assurance by flagging and correcting data inconsistencies.
Assist in optimizing data entry processes and recommending improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry systems.
Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Experience

Previous experience in data entry, logistics support, or administrative roles is an advantage but not required — we offer comprehensive training for the right candidates.

Working Hours

Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Overtime and weekend work may be required based on project demands.
Remote and flexible scheduling options available depending on location and performance.
