What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team culture
Create compelling job descriptions and source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.
Maintain and update our database, ensuring smooth candidate experience
** What We’re Looking For:**
2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (startup/tech hiring is a bonus)
Strong sourcing skills and a knack for spotting potential beyond resumes
Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
Ability to work independently, with 10–20 hours/week commitment
Comfortable with remote tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Excel platforms)
