Product Tester / QA Tester
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Tester / QA Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our digital product across various platforms, including our website and mobile applications for iOS and Android. Your primary focus will be on testing product functionality, responsiveness, and compatibility to maintain an exceptional user experience and bug-free in production environments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough testing of our products on multiple web and mobile platforms, including but not limited to iOS, Android, various web browsers, operating systems, and device screen sizes.
Utilize simulation tools such as BrowserStack, LamdaTest to test apps across different devices and screen sizes.
Test websites for responsiveness and compatibility across different browsers, including legacy versions, and ensure they operate correctly on various operating systems and devices.
Perform functionality testing to verify that all features of the product work as expected.
Identify, record, and track bugs meticulously and interact with the development team to ensure they are resolved.
Take full ownership of the product quality, ensuring it remains bug-free in production.
Think of test cases, edge cases for each functionality
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in product testing or a similar role.
Can test mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms and web applications across multiple browsers and devices.
Familiarity with testing tools and software like BrowserStack, LamdaTest, Selenium, or similar.
Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality products.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
