Job summary
We are seeking a strong business analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team of Technology Transformation Office professionals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business process engineering and optimization project management including task tracking stakeholder management and communication process integration. Finance domain or corporate finance process knowledge is a plus. The position is work from home and requires no travel.
Responsibilities
- Optimize business processes through simulation and modeling techniques.
- Facilitate process integration to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project and business objectives.
- Monitor business processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize process mining techniques to analyze and optimize business processes.
- Develop and maintain business process frameworks to standardize operations.
- Contribute to the organizational goals by enhancing business processes and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
- Apply decision modeling to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Possess strong process analysis and communication skills.
- Exhibit knowledge of process integration and process mining techniques.
- Show experience in business process optimization and decision modeling.
- Have familiarity with business process monitoring and frameworks.
- Proficient in project and task management and tracking.
- Display the ability to work effectively in a remote work-from-home environment.
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have a strong understanding of finance domain and enterprise finance.
- Demonstrate experience with process bots and automation tools.
- Show capability in business process modeling and simulation.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Certifications Required
- Business Process Management (BPM Six Sigma et al) and tools such as OrbusInfinity
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and tools such as Clarizen-Planview
