Job Description:
The Operations Support team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our live shows. This position involves monitoring assigned shows, providing technical support to Hosts, and maintaining quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
Show Monitoring
Monitor all assigned shows, focusing primarily on shift transitions to ensure seamless operations.
Engage Hosts
Engage and converse with Hosts in lobbies to keep the conversation active and engaging.
Host Coordination
Coordinate with Hosts during their shows to address any questions or concerns through the Discord server.
Assist new Hosts as they navigate their first stream, providing guidance and support.
Troubleshoot
Troubleshoot any stream problems that Hosts may encounter during their shows by following the troubleshooting guide.
Flag immediate stream concerns with the Operations Team members for quick resolution.
Host Assessment
Review and assess the performance of each Host using the Host Assessment sheet.
Provide detailed reports for quality control purposes, effectively serving as an extension of the operations team.
Twitter Spaces
Guide selected Hosts on how to use and stream via Twitter Spaces, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient with the platform.
