Progressive Technology, in partnership with Disney Careers, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Part-Time Customer Experience Specialists to deliver exceptional support and magical service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, courteous, and accurate support via phone, chat, or email to customers worldwide.
Assist guests with account information, order status, technical inquiries, and Disney-related services.
Maintain customer satisfaction through expert problem-solving and empathetic communication.
Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and promotions across Disneys platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Strong computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn new software.
Proven ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.
Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or hospitality is preferred.
Familiarity with the Disney brand and values is a plus.
Experience working remotely or in a hybrid environment is advantageous.

Working Hours

Flexible, part-time schedule.
Approximately 20–25 hours per week, with potential for additional hours during peak seasons.
Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.
