Job Role: Admin Assistant

Full Time: Independent Contractor
Salary range:  $1000 - $1200

Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. 

Who The Client Is: an establishing car importer, specializing in sourcing high-quality vehicles from overseas and preparing them for the Australian market. From compliance to pre-sale readiness, they handle it all—and they’re looking for someone to help them streamline and showcase their  process.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support a family-owned car dealership. This role combines marketing with administrative tasks, helping the business maintain a strong online presence while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with international shipping companies to track vehicle arrivals.
• Liaise with local partners (compliance, detailing, Vic Roads, mechanics) to prepare vehicles for sale.
• Create engaging advertisements for each vehicle, including:
  • creating or editing videos of interiors and exteriors From the photos provided
  • Writing compelling descriptions as guided
  • Publishing on our website and social media platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
• Manage the inbox and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Generate invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare regular business reports to support operations and decision-making.
• Assist the team managing the sales process through to deliveries 

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Responsible, accountable, and able to work independently.
• Creative flair with experience in video creation and graphic design.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred)

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
