About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will support internal project execution by creating dashboards and reports that ensure alignment, clarity, and timely updates across teams. Your work will focus on tracking project progress, surfacing bottlenecks, and providing visibility into key milestones and deliverables. This is an internally-facing role where your ability to manage data, streamline communication, and keep projects on schedule will directly impact operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Internal Dashboard Development: Build and maintain project dashboards to track timelines, milestones, team responsibilities, and key status updates.
Project Tracking: Monitor progress of ongoing internal projects to ensure timely execution, and flag delays or misalignments.
Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with project owners and team members to gather updates and ensure information on dashboards is current and accurate.
Data Management: Use Smartsheet and Excel to manage project data, send automated reminders, and organize relevant documentation.
Reporting & Communication: Generate summary reports and share timely updates with stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on goals and progress.
Process Mapping: Support documentation of internal workflows to help teams identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related project coordination or reporting role.
Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with U.S. based companies.
Demonstrated ability to create dashboards and tracking tools for internal team use.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in process optimization or internal operations improvement.
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence business direction through analysis.
Strong research skills for market and competitive analysis.
Familiarity with the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus.
