We are looking to build a team of passionate, creative, local experts to make Netflix a meaningful contributor to pop culture, and a beacon of the entertainment industry in the Philippines. As a Marketing Coordinator, based in Manila, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external teams to launch best-in-class creative campaigns for our titles. Responsibilities will include: You will play a key role in executing iconic Netflix campaigns for the biggest global and local titles, as well as various smaller earned and owned title marketing initiatives You will manage and work with external creative and media agencies, as well as internal local and global stakeholders, to ensure timely and seamless flighting of campaigns You will serve as a thought partner for the country marketing and cross-functional country teams across PR and content, and will be expected to contribute in the formation of concepts and creative executions Qualifications: At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably from a consumer brand or creative agency that handles integrated campaigns Has knowledge and exposure to running 360-campaigns, from strategy development to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, print, and out-of-home). Is a creative thinker with a strong pulse on pop culture and social trends Is a proactive and highly-organized collaborator in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. We will typically have multiple campaigns launching at once which require working with multiple stakeholders. Has an existing track record of working on campaigns that spark excitement and passion within the local community Written and Verbal fluency in both English and Filipino What else we need from you: See Who We Are and what our Culture is like.
