Job Description As a TikTok Moderator at American Express, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our digital platform. Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and user interactions. Requirements 1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication, media studies, or a related field is a plus. 2. Strong understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions. 5. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. 6. Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred. 7. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
