Key Responsibilities:

Encode and structure raw data into appropriate content formats for digital platforms.
Maintain consistency and accuracy while encoding content.
Review and ensure that all encoded content aligns with established standards and specifications.
Conduct quality checks to ensure the integrity of data and content accuracy.
Collaborate with other team members to meet content deadlines and project requirements.
Manage large amounts of content in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring minimal errors.
Stay up-to-date with the latest content encoding trends and techniques to improve efficiency.
Report any issues or discrepancies in encoded content to the management team.
Ensure all work is completed according to the project guidelines and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry, content encoding, or similar roles is advantageous.
Proficiency in using encoding software, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex datasets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in content encoding, data entry, or a similar administrative role.
Experience with remote work is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or database software is a plus.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule.
The candidate must be able to dedicate a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Working hours can be adjusted based on individual availability, with core hours being between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong knowledge of content management tools and data processing.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage work in a remote setting.
A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
A passion for digital content and data accuracy.
Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues with encoding systems.
