Job Summary:

The Elite Job is currently seeking meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organized individuals to join our growing team as Data Encoders. Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data into internal databases and systems.
Review and verify data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Organize paperwork after data entry to ensure it is not lost.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Respond to data requests and provide administrative support as required.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve data management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
Proficiency in typing and data entry with high accuracy.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience:

Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Familiarity with administrative duties and office software is advantageous.

Working Hours:

Full Time: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Part Time: Flexible shifts, minimum 4 hours per day
Home-Based: Flexible schedule; availability for virtual team meetings required

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
A keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
Dependable with a respect for confidentiality and data integrity.
