The Senior Writer will work directly with our international clients to produce high-quality B2B content for digital marketing campaigns. You will be able to manage clients effectively and collaborate with a team of creatives for cross-platform content production and campaign delivery.
Experience in B2B marketing is preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Independently develop, research, and produce high-quality B2B content including ad copy, blogs, white papers, digital campaigns, video scripts, and other collateral for lead generation
Complete audits of client content libraries and provide recommendations on TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU assets in line with campaign and client objectives
Communicate with CEOs, CMOs, and other business leaders and SMEs to understand their interests and execute on target pain points in all messaging
Work with client stakeholders to develop and execute on digital content marketing strategy for global technology businesses, including personas, brand voice and tone guidelines, and messaging angles for different stages of the marketing funnel
Clarify requirements and project scope based on stakeholder input, and engage with clients to establish procedures for content operations and KPIs for marketing copy
Coordinate priorities and proactively identify dependencies or issues that put deliverables at risk
Collaborate with team (including Design, UI/UX, Video, Campaigns, Data) and analyze performance data to launch digital campaigns, solve problems, formulate ideas, and improve content and campaign effectiveness in line with client objectives
Train and/or mentor junior writers using company’s best practices
Do continuous research and learning on content marketing best practices
Requirements:
7 to 10 years of professional writing experience (attachments and/or links to published
articles and long-form writing are required)
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology, Advertising, Humanities, Journalism, Mass
Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, and other related courses.
Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, conversational, grammatically correct, and factually accurate content
Significant experience making complex concepts easily understood and remembered
Ability to think creatively and strategically about content
Expertise in content marketing and demand generation
Familiarity and understanding of business and technology
Great research and organizational capabilities
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing needs
Ability to onboard and train new writers effectively
Strong quality control and feedback skills to maintain writing standards
Amenable to a hybrid setup requiring onsite work twice a week
Flexible with both APAC and US shifts
