About The Role
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individuals to join our Cabin Crew team. As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers throughout their journey. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for travel and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of passengers by conducting pre-flight safety checks and briefings
Provide exceptional in-flight customer service, including serving meals and beverages
Respond promptly and effectively to passenger needs and in-flight emergencies
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin throughout the flight
Demonstrate emergency procedures and assist passengers during emergencies
Prepare reports related to flight incidents or irregularities
Deliver a welcoming, professional, and culturally sensitive service experience
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Education: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from a recognized board
Age: 18 – 27 years (for freshers); up to 32 years (for experienced candidates)
Height: Minimum 155 cm (female) with proportionate weight
Medically fit, and no visible tattoos
Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Pleasant personality with excellent grooming standards
Willing to relocate and work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service is an advantage
