What You Will Be Doing
- Harness sophisticated analysis tools and RAG vector databases to hunt down, diagnose, and eliminate product defects with surgical precision
- Command AI development agents to conceptualize, construct, and launch groundbreaking features for cloud-native applications
- Synergize with our worldwide talent network to craft enterprise solutions that set new industry standards
- Wrestling with Infrastructure: We've minimized tedious system maintenance tasks, freeing you to channel your energy into creative problem-solving and innovation
- Death by Discussion: Your keyboard will see more action than your meeting calendar. We prioritize productive development over excessive conversation
- Pioneer AI-powered capabilities that optimize operational workflows and equip service providers with revolutionary tools that transform their effectiveness
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on professional software development experience, with particular emphasis on production-grade server-side web application development
- Demonstrated proficiency with GenAI coding assistants such as Github Copilot, Cursor, or v0.dev

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
