Requirement

1. Passion for Sports Betting. Deep understanding and enthusiasm for sports betting and familiarity with the betting community cultures.
2. Crypto and Web3 Knowledge. Proficient in web3 business development and marketing, with a grasp of crypto satire.
3. Marketing Expertise. 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing, executing campaigns to launch new features and programs cost-effectively.
4. Customer Acquisition. Proven track record (1-2 years) in optimizing customer acquisition and managing marketing advertisement costs.
5. Partnerships. 2-3 years of experience in identifying and collaborating with affiliates, establishing revenue-sharing partnerships.
6. Startup Culture. Comfortable in a startup environment, adept at multitasking and initiating projects from scratch.
7. Global Collaboration. Flexible to work with diverse teams across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
8. Data-Driven. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to track performance metrics and optimize conversion rates.
9. Detail-Oriented. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to optimization and improvement.

3. Web3 Partnerships. Collaborate with web3 partners and execute co-marketing strategies to attract new users.
4. Marketing Strategy. Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to sports betting distribution channels.
5. Campaign Management. Execute campaigns to promote new features and programs effectively.
6. Optimization. Continuously optimize marketing efforts to enhance user acquisition and retention.
