Skill Validator - Sales & Communication skills
TL;DR: We're looking for experienced professionals in Sales and Communication to join us as Skill Validators. You’ll evaluate real-world candidate submissions, assess communication and persuasion abilities, and contribute to building the future of skill-based hiring. If you’ve spent 5+ years mastering the art of selling, negotiating, or training people in communication—and want to help fix how hiring works—this is your moment. You’ll dedicate 3–4 hours per day, working remotely, and get paid for every validation.

Qualifications and Skills:

5+ years of experience in Sales, Communication, or related fields

Strong grasp of verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening
-
Familiarity with objection handling and closing techniques
-
Proficient in at least one language: English, Tamil, Hindi, or Kannada

Bonus: experience in interviewing, coaching, or training other salespeople
-
Belief in fair, skill-first hiring processes and decentralized credentialing

Comfortable working independently with high attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Review candidate submissions for communication and sales roles

Score candidates based on defined skill frameworks

Provide constructive feedback to candidates where needed

Align with internal protocols for fair, unbiased evaluations

Contribute to improving the assessment process and frameworks

Maintain integrity and consistency in all validations
