Online Secondary Teacher (Maths, Biology And Chemistry) Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:
1. Develop engaging and interactive online lessons in Maths, Biology, and Chemistry for secondary students
2. Create high-quality educational content that is aligned with curriculum standards and promotes student learning
3. Deliver live online classes, providing personalized instruction and support to students
4. Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to help them achieve their academic goals
5. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching methods and educational materials
6. Use effective communication skills to build strong relationships with students and parents
7. Stay current on educational trends and technology to enhance the online learning experience for students

Other Requirements:
1. Own a personal laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection
2. Ensure smooth uninterrupted online teaching sessions
3. Demonstrate prior experience in online teaching
4. Manage virtual classrooms effectively using tech tools and remote pedagogy best practices
5. Use digital tools and platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Kahoot, Quizizz, and Google Forms
6. Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, for clear instruction and effective interaction with students and parents
7. Show flexibility with timings and accommodate different time zones or weekend batches if needed
8. Exhibit passion for teaching and actively engage students with a student-centered approach
9. Apply strong organizational and time-management skills to plan lessons, track progress, and meet deadlines
10. Stay open to continuous learning and feedback by attending training sessions and adapting teaching methods
