Policy Enforcement Manager, YouTube Partner Program
Summary
The Policy Enforcement Manager at YouTube's Trust & Safety team will implement and enforce YouTube Partner Program (YPP) policies. Minimum qualifications:

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of how YouTube Partner Program (YPP) policies influence users, platform changes, and new product launches. You will be responsible for ensuring that daily content reviews align with YPP policies across various workflows, which may involve reviewing graphic, controversial, and occasionally offensive content.
- Manage policy enforcement escalations and develop new enforcement guidelines for YPP, delivering training to reviewers and providing expert enforcement advice on grey policy areas.
- Work with Engineering and Product teams to support tooling improvements (e.g., building detection and enforcement tooling) across YPP workflows..
- Develop new YPP policies, update enforcement guidelines, and collaborate with the team to scale temporary, vendor, or contractor operations while maintaining quality.
- Manage escalations while ensuring quality enforcement and clear communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
