Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end innovation cycle, from identifying market shifts and customer pain points to designing and launching new business models.
Drive ideation processes that explore emerging technologies, new value chains, or unmet needs in the automotive and supply chain ecosystem.
Develop and implement forward-looking strategies aligned with our organization's long-term growth vision.
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic shifts to inform innovation opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design, test, and iterate new business concepts.
Apply Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies to rapidly prototype and validate ideas.
Build strong partnerships with startups, research institutions, and innovation hubs to explore co-development or investment opportunities.
Develop compelling business cases, financial models, and go-to-market plans for new ventures.
Pilot and incubate new initiatives, managing early-stage execution and transitioning to business units as appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Innovation, Strategy, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business innovation, new business development, or strategic transformation.
Proven track record of turning ideas into tangible, market-ready products, services, or ventures.
Strong grasp of Agile, Lean Start-up, Design Thinking, and business model innovation.
Ability to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset within a corporate setting.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment skills.
Prior experience engaging with senior leaders and navigating cross-functional dynamics.
