Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred but not required.
Proven experience in a data entry or administrative support role.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to process large amounts of information accurately.
Proficient in using computer software programs, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to type at a minimum speed of 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
Experience working in a remote setting is a plus.
Familiarity with database management and data entry software is an advantage.

Working Hours

Full-time, remote position.
Flexible working hours, with the ability to work from home.
Must be able to meet project deadlines and be responsive during working hours.
Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required, based on business needs.

Strong proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks.
Solid knowledge of data management practices and data entry software.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues independently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
