The Opportunity

We are seeking a mission-aligned Co-Founder with an entrepreneurial spirit, strategic vision, and the willingness to invest financially and contribute sweat equity to help shape the next chapter of She Breaks Barriers.

This is not a traditional job. It is a ground-floor opportunity to build and co-lead a movement and venture that has already started gaining traction. You’ll join as a true partner and co-visionary, working closely with the founding team to scale impact, grow the platform, and develop revenue models that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Help define and execute the organization's short- and long-term strategic direction.
• Fundraising & Investment: Contribute initial capital and support future fundraising efforts (grants, partnerships, crowdfunding, impact investment, etc.).
• Partnership Building: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with organizations, funders, influencers, and media.
• Product & Program Development: Co-design and roll out digital platforms, community programs, events, and content that align with the mission.
• Brand Growth: Shape and evolve the brand identity, content strategy, and community engagement roadmap.
• Operations & Governance: Support in building out governance structures, legal compliance, and operational workflows.

Ideal Candidate

• Mission-Driven: Deep passion for gender equity, social justice, or systemic change.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Prior startup experience (for-profit or nonprofit) is a plus.
• Financial Contributor: Willing and able to make an agreed-upon early-stage investment.
• Skilled Strategist: Strong skills in any of the following areas: business development, fundraising, impact strategy, digital marketing, tech product management, or community building.
• Collaborative Leader: Open, values-driven, and ready to co-create with humility and ambition.
