Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles Excellent communication skills (written, phone, in-person) Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site, especially in warehouse settings Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
