Recruitment Professional - Pipeline Coordinator (Japanese Bilingual)
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role And Responsibilities

Executing on hiring needs as an individual or in a team environment. Focusing on engaging qualified applicants to present diverse slates of candidates to our hiring teams.

Review and update application status for candidates that have applied to IBM based on resume match and assessment results.Discover additional potential candidates in our systems after applicants are updated

Qualify candidates in Recruiter Review by phone or video call as appropriate

Submit qualified and diverse slate of candidates to hiring teams

Arrange a structured, transparent hiring and interview process
Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Bachelor's degree

Bilingual: Proficient in both English and Japanese Language

Strong MS Excel Proficiency: Utilizes Excel for data management, report creation, and task automation.
